Consistent, caring auto service care. Alec B was very professional- while sitting in the shop's waiting room, I heard conversations on the phone & in person which he had with different clients. He handled a couple challenging issues very well!

I’ve been coming here for my inspections for the last few years and recently had an oil change and alignment check because my steering wheel has been twitch. Alan immediately noticed that my actual issue was that the tires were cracked. He had them replaced SAME DAY. 10/10 service and good pricing too!

Got all my repairs done in the past. One 1 problem I just ran into it, noticed my air filter cover wasn't on all the way, and the hose to the air intake was off. I get it was in for an oil change. But it was enough to set off my service engine. It happens. I'm not mad. I love the work they did in the past and still plan on going to them.

Have been going to mac's for 20+ years. Now live 50 miles away and still are going there. There service is super. Very knowledgeable and never had any problems.

As in the past, we were contacted about the repairs that were anticipated and their costs. Staff listens to what we experienced with our vehicle. We were called when repairs were done. Asked if we could leave the vehicle overnight in order to cold start, double checking that the problem was corrected. They are always professional during all interactions.

As a fellow professional in the business locally, Mac's is one of very places in town I would recommend to send someone to if I could not do something myself. Consistent and fair, they are also a good place to get your State Inspection done, although having the convenience store there while you wait can be dangerous :>)

I stopped by the other day because of the low tire pressure warning, these guys helped me out right away at no charge. Great service and great people! Thank you.
